New to Brighton’s historic Lanes, we present the fish & chip shop this seaside city deserves. We will be serving the perfect combination of classic fish & chips and great drinks. Our fish will always be responsibly sourced & served alongside our signature chips (not your classic pub chip, mind). Always with plenty of veggie and gluten-free options available too.

Working alongside our favourite breweries, both local and from around the world, RYBKA will be serving draft beers, cocktails and wines. Expect a great selection of coffee & teas, non-alcoholic beers and drinks.

We will open our 50 person event space! RYBKA looks forward to bringing a selection of nightly performances and a space for community groups to meet up and celebrate togetherness.
